Low Level Utilities

The Low Level Utilities package is a runtime package containing two classes that are used by the other packages on my Delphi Website.

• TCallbackComponent can be used as a base for invisible components that require a window handle.
  
  
• TExRegistry, derived from TRegistry provides additional registry handling capabilities, including  support for Multi String values, and importing and exporting regedit compatible .REG files
  
  
• * Fledgling registerable HTML Help Viewer.

The package additionally contains a TWAIN import unit, which gives low level support for software for Digital Cameras and Scanners.
