XanaNewz 2 is a free personal news server written in Delphi 7, and source code is included. But the download includes a fully compiled version of XanaNewz. You don't need to be a programmer, or have a copy of Delphi to use it!
XanaNewz 2 has only recently been released, so there will be some issues with it. Please let me know about any bugs you find by mailing me here
