All the demo programs on my website require the Delphi runtime files VCL50.BPL and VCLX50.BPL.
The VCL Provider is a very simple Delphi program that checks that these files are installed. However, it is packaged in a Setup program that installs the Delphi runtime files on to your computer.
If you want to run any of my Demo programs, but you don't have Delphi 5, download this first, unzip it, and run the setup program.
